We Made It!

The flight was long, the packing was chaotic, but we have finally arrived in our new home. The air smells different here—crisp, green, but with significantly less rain than we (maybe not Gabe) feared!

Initial impressions, everything is smaller: the kitchen, the bed, the meals, the shower. We walk everywhere now (averaging about 25,000 steps a day; 11kM), or take the train (which has this odd habit of adding more than taking from your card), and it’s turning into everything we hopped for.

Ginny and Peanut continue to be content as long as they have a window to judge people from.

We quickly made our way to live music and river dancing.
